Our History, People, and Values

Windows Plus was founded in June 2004, when Robert Jacobs of Vassalboro acquired the Winslow location of an established glazing company.  Jacobs' background includes an education in business with a degree from Salem State College and a master's degree in business from Northeastern University. 

The mission of Windows Plus is to create a working environment that values and appreciates its employees, challenging them to excel in providing each customer with a pleasant buying experience.  Windows Plus is committed to the values of honesty, respect and integrity in every level of relationship, from management to employees, customers, and vendors.  We value our customers' time and investment, and will seek to honor them with quality, timely service and an anticipation of their needs.
